From a young age Sopearin Yos had a passion for fitness, and that passion has turned into a lifestyle and career. Today, you can find him in the gym working on his personal fitness goals or training clients and keeping them on their toes with creative workouts. Sopearin believes that being healthy is not just a lifestyle, but a behaviour. We chatted with Sopearin to learn more about his love of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
When are you your most genuine self?
My happy place is most definitely in the gym. Whether I’m creating a new workout routine or making my clients beg for mercy, you’ll find me as my genuine self then.
What’s your go-to workout?
My go-to workout: anything HIIT, calisthenics or plyometrics. Lots of jumping and compound movements!
Do you take your protein in a smoothie or just mixed with water?
Depends on how much time I have! Usually in a smoothie, but enjoy it mixed with water, too!
